4. Full-Keyboard Mixed Drill

Letters, numbers, punctuation, and symbols together with no simplification, the same mix you'd meet in a real report or email.

This is lesson 4 of 4 in the advanced course. These drills assume full comfort with the entire keyboard already; they're built to sharpen specific qualities of your typing, accuracy under temptation, raw ceiling speed, rhythm, and real-world mixed content, rather than teach new keys.

Your attempts, best WPM, and completion status are saved in this browser when local storage is available.

Complete one attempt to establish a baseline, then choose a single adjustment for the next run. You might read ahead through punctuation or slow down before a difficult letter pair. Keep the passage and goal consistent when comparing results, and finish with a comfortable attempt rather than repeatedly chasing a personal best after concentration fades.

Practice focus

Copy a compact report with symbols and numeric details intact.

  1. Locate the currency amount, percentage, reference code, date, and quoted sentence.
  2. Treat each sign and separator as a character. Copy the sample report without checking or correcting its fictional business claims.

Review your attempt

Compare the exact amount and reference code after the attempt. A missing sign can change meaning while leaving most letters correct.
