How to practice top row
Reach to a top-row key and return to its home-row position.
- Start with the three-letter groups: frf means F, reach to R, then return to F.
- Notice that the index fingers each cover two top-row letters: R and T on the left, Y and U on the right.
- In quiet and reply, slow down before the unfamiliar reach instead of moving your entire hand along the row.
Review your attempt
If the letter after a reach is often wrong, check where your hand returned. Repeat that three-letter group slowly.
Add bottom-row letters once the return movement feels reliable; a faster score alone does not show that. The completion badge is a software milestone; use your errors and comfort with the movement to decide what to repeat.
