Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of KeysInFlow (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, the site isn't for you, and we'd ask that you not use it.
Using the site
KeysInFlow is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes: practicing your typing, taking tests, working through lessons, and playing the games. You agree not to misuse the site, including but not limited to attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping or automating requests at a volume that degrades service for other users, attempting to bypass any technical restrictions, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
The Custom Practice tool lets you paste your own text to practice typing. That text is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded to us or stored anywhere outside your local session. You retain all rights to anything you paste; we make no claim to it and never see it.
Our content
The site's design, code, lesson text, word lists, and other original material belong to KeysInFlow. You're welcome to use the site for its intended purpose, but please don't copy, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of it elsewhere without permission.
No warranty
KeysInFlow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate. Typing statistics (WPM, accuracy, latency readings, and similar figures) are estimates produced by browser-based measurement and should be treated as indicative rather than precise, especially the latency tester, which is explicit about its own limitations on its page.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeysInFlow and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Because the site is free, provided without warranty, and stores nothing about you server-side, our practical exposure here is minimal, but we state the limitation plainly regardless.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
