5. Punctuation-Heavy Prose

Dense, quote-and-dash-heavy writing, like dialogue or annotated text, forces fast switching between letters and punctuation. This lesson practices that switching directly.

Quotation marks and dashes force a full context switch: your fingers have to leave the rhythm of plain letters and hit an isolated key, then immediately return. That switch, repeated often, is what separates fluent prose typing from halting, one-word-at-a-time typing.
